WhatsApp has finally launched its Web Client titled “WhatsApp Web”. The Web client is a mirror of your WhatsApp application on mobile.
Hence to use it, you need to have an internet connection on your mobile device too.
The WhatsApp web client will work only if you are using the WhatsApp application on any of the following phones:
- Windows Phone.
Again, the web client will work only on Google Chrome at the moment.
Currently the service is not available for iOS users because of Apple’s Platform restrictions on iOS.

Step 4. Open the following URL (bookmark it) on your Chrome browser: WhatsApp Web.
The website will display a QR Code in your browser.
Step 5. Open your WhatsApp app on your mobile, Click on the Menu button > WhatsApp Web.
Step 6. Scan the QR Code on your chrome browser with your WhatsApp app.
